Requirement

To use this new emojis you need the following things-

  • A Rooted Device running Kitkat+ Android version.
  • Root File Explorer
  • Installed TWRP
  • The emoji pack file.

How To Use Pie Emoji In Older Android Versions

You can set the new emoji’s in two easy methods.

Method 1

  • Your device must be rooted (SuperSU or MagiskSU or any other method)
  • First of all, download the Emoji File from the download link given above.
  • Rename it to NoToColorEmoji.ttf. Copy the file.
  • Open any Root File Explorer. Then root/system/fonts and backup the original NotoColorEmoji.ttf file.
  • Replace the older NotoColorEmoji.ttf file with the newer one and set the permission to -rw-r–r– (0644)
  • Reboot your device and Enjoy the new emojis.

Method 2

  • Download the Emoji Flashable zip from the download link given above.
  • Go to TWRP mode of your device.
  • Flash the zip file.
  • Reboot your device and Enjoy the new emojis.
